Il workshop di mindfuleating, della durata di tre ore, si svolgerà sabato 17 maggio 2025, dalle 09:30 alle 12:30. Durante questo incontro, i partecipanti avranno l'opportunità di esplorare il tema della mindfulness, apprendendo le sue basi e i benefici nella vita quotidiana. Ci sarà un focus particolare sul mindfuleating, un approccio consapevole al cibo che incoraggia ad ascoltare il proprio corpo e a godere di ogni boccone. I partecipanti verranno guidati in esercitazioni pratiche che permetteranno loro di sperimentare direttamente le tecniche apprese.
